This is confusing, there is so many options I'm a beginner. Where do I start?

That's perfectly fine! I would highly suggest you use one of our presets to get started. These presets are preformulated products that use some formulation sense to produce good results. I would encourage you to do your research on ingredients, how to achieve your skin goals, and what your skin type is. This small time investment is well worth it in the long run.

How can you afford to be so much cheaper than your competitors?

We are a small business so we don't have much overhead, and do direct business with our suppliers to get our supplies in very large quantities. Since we are our own manufacturer we cut out the middle man.

How long does it take to get my order?

We offer free ground shipping so that is about 3 to 5 business days. Order Processing takes about 1 to 10 business days. Order Processing might take longer depending on order volume we receive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP! Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no. Orders with mailing addresses to package forwarding services will be canceled. We only ship to US mailing addresses. This is due to many other countries having strict cosmetics regulations, our business model is just not compatible with these countries. I am currently looking at ways around this for Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Always free shipping on all orders... I bet our competitors can't do that.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
