Thank you for shopping with Cosmocost. Because our products are freshly manufactured and highly customizable, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing from Cosmocost, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Custom Product Policy

All Cosmocost products are custom-made and freshly manufactured to order based on the ingredient selections and percentages chosen by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • all custom products are considered final sale
  • products are made specifically for the customer who placed the order
  • customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient selections before checkout

Because products are freshly manufactured in small batches:

  • slight color, scent, or texture variations may occur
  • natural ingredient variation and oxidation may occur over time
  • these variations are normal and are not considered defects

Order Processing Policy

All orders are manufactured fresh after the order is placed.

Standard Processing Time

Typical processing time is:

  • 1 - 10 business days
  • excluding weekends and holidays

During periods of:

  • high order volume
  • promotions
  • product launches
  • holidays
  • supply delays

processing times may be extended.

Orders are not considered accepted until:

  • payment has successfully processed
  • and the order has entered production

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because products are custom manufactured, orders may not be canceled or modified once production has started.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once formulation or packaging has begun.

Cosmocost reserves the right to:

  • cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • refuse service
  • limit quantities
  • cancel orders due to ingredient availability or formulation concerns

If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and do not include processing time.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on:

  • carrier operations
  • destination
  • weather conditions
  • holidays
  • and other shipping-related factors outside of our control

Cosmocost is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Cosmocost is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • lost packages due to address errors
  • packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Temperature & Transit Disclaimer

Some skincare ingredients may be sensitive to:

  • heat
  • cold
  • sunlight
  • prolonged transit exposure

Temporary texture changes, cloudiness, thickening, thinning, or slight color shifts during shipping may occur and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for:

  • properly storing products after delivery
  • avoiding excessive heat exposure
  • avoiding direct sunlight
  • keeping products tightly sealed

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.

Cosmocost is not responsible for:

  • lost packages marked as delivered
  • stolen packages
  • delayed packages
  • carrier scanning errors

If an issue occurs during shipping, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly first.

Refund & Return Policy

All Custom Products Are Final Sale

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect ingredient selections
  • dislike of texture, scent, consistency, or color
  • expected or unexpected skin compatibility issues
  • oxidation or slight color changes
  • natural scent variation
  • customer misuse
  • misunderstanding of ingredient functionality
  • products ordered in error

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their ingredient selections and percentages before checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • leaking
  • defective
  • or incorrect due to a manufacturing error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, Cosmocost may:

  • replace the item
  • issue store credit
  • or provide a refund at our discretion

Claims submitted outside the reporting period may not qualify for replacement or refund.
